As Summer Ends and Autumn Begins...

Well, it’s that time of year again to dehydrate some of your favorite fruit selections. This year was an amazing one in Sedona for apricots, peaches, plums, pears, and figs.


The process is simple - with an air fryer or dehydrator, wash, cut and dry your fruit. It’s just that easy! No more wasting or spoiling in the refrigerator or counter. Dehydrated fruits will give you that delicious taste of fruit throughout the winter. Add them to your favorite salad or jazz up your next charcuterie board.... I love to make a dried fruit, cheese, and pâté platter while enjoying my favorite bottle of wine.
